2. Simmer for at least 1 hour
3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix yeast, honey and water
4. Let sit 10 minutes. (This will create a foam on the top of the mixture. If this does not happen, your yeast was dead or your water was too hot)
5. After 10 minutes, add oil and stir
6. While yeast is activating, add flour and salt into a large bowl
7. Pour yeast/water mixture into flour bowl
8. Stir with a spoon
9. When incorporated, pour onto a well floured surface and start to kneed (about 5 minutes)
10. Place dough in a large greased bowl
11. Cover with a clean towel and place in warm, dry place. (Your oven is good )
12. Let dough rise for 1 hour
13. When done rising, pat dough down and roll out with rolling pin
14. Place on a baking brick or pizza pan
15. Roll edges of dough to form the crust
16. Add 1 cup of sauce to crust and spread with a spoon
17. Sprinkle with a generous amount of mozzarella cheese and toppings as desired
18. Bake at 425º for 20-25 minutes
19. Remove from oven and brush the crust with butter wash
