Dinner in a Slow Cooker

Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless stew meat
- 1 1/2 cups carrots in 1 inch pieces
- 2 medium onions cut in small cubes
- 1 1/2 cups celery pieces in 3/4 inch lengths
- 8 oz cut green beans (frozen is fine)
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tblsp flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup

Preparation
Step 1
Place carrots in first and add in layers the onion, celery,beans and meat. Combine flour,salt,ginger and red pepper. Mix ketchup and water and blend in the dry ingredients. Spoon mixture over the meat. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or 9 hours on low.
