Ingredients

  • DRESSING:
  • 1 bag (10 oz) Romaine lettuce
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, cut thinly
  • 1/3 cup pitted Kalamata or black olives
  • 2 slices provolone cheese, about 1/8 inch thick, cut in eighths
  • 1 slice hard salami, about 1/8 inch thick, cut in eighths
  • 1 slice Italian ham such as cappacola or prosciutto, about 1/8 inch thick, cut in eighths
  • 1/4 cup shredded Italian cheese blend or shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tblsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Italian herb seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Place all salad ingredients except for dressing and shredded cheese in a large bowl. Combine oil, vinegar and Italian herb seasoning; mix well. Pour dressing over salad and toss. Add shredded cheese and toss again.
