CROCK POT ROAST

Ingredients

• 2 Pounds of Beef Chuck Roast (If your crock pot is larger, then buy larger roast)
• 1 Package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
• 1 Package Brown Gravy Mix
• 1 Package Italian Dressing Mix
• 1/2 Cup Water (I use 1 1/2 Cups Beef Broth Instead) We like a lot of gravy so you can cut the Beef Broth measurement to your liking.

Preparation

Step 1

Place roast in crock pot. Mix all 3 packages & sprinkle on top of roast.

Pour liquid AROUND the roast.

Cover & cook on low 6 to 7 hours.
