3-Ingredient Cake

Only 3 ingredients to make this velvety cake. The best part is you can use whatever flavor you want to make this delicious cake.

Ingredients

• 1 pint chocolate gelato or ice cream
• 1 cup cake flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line parchment paper in two loaf pans and lightly spray with no-stick cooking oil.

Leave gelato or ice cream at room temperature until almost fully melted. Pour into a large mixing bowl. Add in cake flour and baking powder. Mix until no flour lumps remain.

Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
