Ingredients
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 cans of blueberries in light syrup, drained
- 1 stick of butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar and milk to make batter. Melt butter and pour into baking dish. Gently pour batter into butter but do not mix, spread the batter to edges of dish. Spoon blueberries evenly over batter. If desired, sprinkle sugar over top of blueberries.
Bake in a preheated oven of 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool to desired temperature for eating. May serve with ice cream if desired.
