  • 90 g 面粉
  • 15 g 米粉 (rice flour)
  • 3/4 杯水
  • 1 个小鸡蛋

Preparation

Step 1

慢慢加水进入筛过的粉类,至调匀为止。
加入鸡蛋,拌匀。
把油烧热, 然后把帽形模放入加热,再浸入面糊里, 使模子沾上一层均匀的面糊。
接着迅速把饼殻放入油内煮熟。
当饼殻呈浅褐色, 变脆以后, 就可以用筷子把它从模子区出, 继续把饼殻炸至金褐色。 才取出放凉。
