Black Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cans black beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1/4 c. chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 c. red onion (opt)
  • 4 oz fetta cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Drain and rinse black beans and corn. Place in a medium bowl. Add other ingredients and mix. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
