  • 酱汁:
  • 一只去骨鸡肉, 切小块
  • 妈蜜酵母精华(Marmite Yeast Extract) 1tsp
  • 麦芽糖 1Tbsp
  • 蜜糖 1Tbsp
  • 虾膏(少许)

Preparation

Step 1

* 把大概500ml的水在锅里煮开, 加入以上全部材料, 拌匀后离火, 备用。

鸡肉块加入少许盐,糖,苏打粉(soda powder), Cake粉 (我用低筋面粉), 1/4 鸡蛋液腌大概半小时。(cake 粉炸出来的口感非常好,不会好像用面粉那么硬)
将腌好的鸡肉沾上木薯粉, 然后放入热油里炸至熟 (金黄色), 捞起。
把酱汁煮滚,倒入鸡肉快速拌炒均匀。


注:汁料要先调配好才炸鸡肉 (酱汁可以稀一点。 因为加入鸡肉会吸收汁的味道,汁会变得浓)
