Ingredients
- Green pea powder 300g
- Plain flour 200g
- Castor sugar 120g
- Peanut oil 180-300ml
Preparation
Step 1
Sieve the flour into a big bowl, add in green pea powder and sugar, mix well.
Pour in peanut oil, stop once they manage to form a dough.
Make into small round pieces, brush the top with egg yolk.
Bake in preheated oven at 150‘C for 20 minutes.
