Ham and Swiss Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated roll-out pie shell
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup finely chopped ham
  • 1 cup finely shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 tsp each garlic powder, salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Herbs de Provence

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Roll out crust and place into a deep dish pie pan
3. Crimp edges
4. In a large bowl, combine eggs and heavy cream by 5. whisking into a froth
6. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well
7. Pour into prepared pie dish
8. Bake for 35-45 minutes until top is golden brown
9. Let rest 5-10 minutes before serving
