Ingredients
- 8 oz. chopped cooked ham
- 1 lg. onion, chopped
- 4 oz. canned mushrooms, drained
- 2 c. shredded cheese (cheddar, swiss, mozzerella, or pepperjack)
- 16 oz. frozen broccoli
- 1 1/2 c. bisquick, reduced fat
- 3 c. milk
- 6 eggs
- 2 oz. pimentos, chopped, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350; Place ionions and mushrooms in skillet & saute on med. heat; coat 13 x 9 baking dish with vegetable spray; layer ham, onions,broccoli, pimentos, and cheese in bottom of prepared baking dish. Combine eggs, milk and bisquick til smooth.
Pour over top of ham mixture.
Bake for 50 to 60 min. or til middle is set. Serve warm or cold.
