Ingredients
- 1/2 c. green peas
- 1/2 c. cooked lima beans
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Mixed greens (leaf lettuce & spinach)
- 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
- Green goddess dressing (recipe to follow)
- Green Goddess Dressing
- 1/2 c. yogurt
- 2 Tbs mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. chopped basil
- 1 tsp chopped chives
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Dash of garlic powder
- Mix well, chill and serve.
