Crock Pot Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lb. Pork Roast
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup water
  • favorite barbecue sauce
  • sliced American cheese (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Trim as much fat off the the pork roast as possible. Place in the crock pot. Mix package of soup mix with cup of water and pour over roast. Leave in crock pot for 10 hours on low. Take most of the juices out of crock pot leaving about 1/2 cup.

Shred pork roast and pour barbecue sauce over, stir and let it warm up about 10 minutes. Serve on Hamburger Buns with cheese slices if desired.
