Ingredients

  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 pkg (10oz) frozen spinach, thawed
  • 3 cups cooked, cubed chicken
  • 1 can (14oz) Italian style diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cntr (8oz) Philadelphia chive & onion cream cheese
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheesed

Preparation

Step 1

Cook rigatoni as directed. Spread oil on bottom of baking dish. Drain thawed spinach well. Stir together rigatoni, spinach, chicken, tomatoes, cream cheese, salt and pepper in large bowl. Spoon mixture into baking dish and sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake covered at 375 for 30 minutes, uncover and bake additional 15 minutes.
