Quiche Lorraine-Ham

Ingredients
- 9-inch pastry shell
- 6 slices bacon strips, cooked crispy
- 1/2 pound shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 1/2 cups light cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- dash pepper
- 1/4 cup diced ham (optional)
- 4 eggs
- 1 thin slice onion, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle bacon and cheese on bottom of pie shell.
Blend eggs well, add other ingredients, and pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve warm with hot garlic bread, salad and white wine.
