Tacos! Tacos! Tacos!

Everybody likes tacos, right? Here’s my recipe for the traditional favorite...

Ingredients
- 1 1lb 1lb ground sirloin (pork or turkey)
- 4-oz. 4-oz. 1/2 can of green chiles (or 1/2 cup of fresh roasted Hatch chiles, de-seeded and diced)
- tortillas or taco shells
- cheese & taco fixings of your choice (I prefer pico de gallo)
- taco seasoning (to taste)*

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat in medium-sized skillet then add the green chiles. Once chiles are mixed in, add the taco seasoning and stir.
Sirloin is quite lean, so if there's not enough moisture to stir in seasoning well, add a little water.
