Paula Deen's Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 lg. chicken breasts
  • 2 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. slivered almonds
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 4 TBSP. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 c. mayo
  • 2 c. grated Sharp Cheddar
  • 1 1/3 c. crushed potato chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9" baking dish with vegetable oil cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, celery, almonds, salt, pepper, lemon juice, mayo, and cheese. Place the mixture in the prepared baking dish. Spread the crushed potato chips on topp. Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
