Ingredients
- 2 lb. Chicken tenderloin chunks (I used bone in thighs)
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce

Step 1
Combine all together, cook on low in Crock-pot 6-8 hours turning the chicken over a few times to insure it is evenly infused in the juices helps prevent it drying out.
