Ingredients

  • 6 pcs chicken wings
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Marinade:
  • 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 0.5 tbsp dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Mirin / Rice wine

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse & cut into pieces at joints.

Mix the chicken wings with the marinades. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Remove from fridge and rest in room temperature for 10 minutes.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick frying pan. Cook the chicken together with the marinates over medium heat until cooked through and both sides are brown.

Before dish up, add another 1/2 tbsp garlic powder & soy sauce and stir fried another 30 second for better flavour.
