CHICKEN - Pan-fried Garlic Chicken Wings

Inspired by Christine's recipes - Pan Fried Lemongrass Chicken Wings (abpve photo shown)
Was good, not very salty.

Ingredients

- 6 pcs chicken wings
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- Marinade:
- 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1.5 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 0.5 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 0.5 tbsp dark Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Mirin / Rice wine

Preparation
Step 1
Rinse & cut into pieces at joints.
Mix the chicken wings with the marinades. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from fridge and rest in room temperature for 10 minutes.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick frying pan. Cook the chicken together with the marinates over medium heat until cooked through and both sides are brown.
Before dish up, add another 1/2 tbsp garlic powder & soy sauce and stir fried another 30 second for better flavour.
