Ingredients

  • Green Beans Provencal
  • 3 tbs chopped onion
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed and cut
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1 chopped tomato

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté the onion in oil. Add remaining ingredients except tomato. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomato, cover and cook 1 minute. Serve.
