Ingredients

1 cup Butter/Margarine
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Almond extract
2 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter, powdered sugar, egg, vanilla and almond extract until smooth. Blend in flour, soda and cream of tartar. Cover chill 2-3 hours.

Heat oven 375 degrees. Roll out dough and cut to desired shape. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 7-8 minutes
