Crawfish Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb. crawfish tails
- 1 (10-3/4 oz.) can French onion soup
- 1 (10-3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10-oz.) can tomatoes with green chilies
- 1-1/2 C uncooked rice
- 1/3 C margarine, melted
- 1/4 C chopped bell pepper
- 1 C chopped green onions
- 1/3 C dried parsley
- 1/2 C grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 C grated cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Mix all ingredients except cheese and pour into large PAMed casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle cheese over casserole. Return to oven and bake for 15 minutes more
