  • 3-4 Lbs. Boneless and Skinless Chicken thighs
  • 3 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
  • 4 Stalks of Celery, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Bell Pepper, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Medium Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Basil Paste
  • 2 Tbsp. Garlic Paste
  • 4 Cups of Water
  • 2 Cans of Pillsbury Biscuits
  • 1/4 C of Flour

Step 1

Put water in a medium stock and add chicken, bouillon cubes, celery, bell pepper, onion, basil, and garlic. Gently boil until chicken is tender. Remove the chicken and cut into bite size pieces and reserve. Open cans of biscuits and pinch off small pieces and drop them into the pot. They will puff up when they are cooked. Remove the biscuits and set them aside with the chicken. Take one cup of broth from the pot and mix with the flour. If it is too stiff add more broth until you have a smooth thickened broth. Add this to the pot and stir until the rest of the broth is thickened. Stir in chicken and dumplings until they are mixed into the broth.
