Ingredients

  • 2 red bell peppers (capsicum)
  • 2 apples
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 scallions
  • 3 leaves kale (Tuscan cabbage)
  • 1 small handful of sunflower sprouts
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • Pinch of oregano and ground chili pepper to top (or use fresh oregano and red chili pepper to the juicer!)

  • 1 red bell pepper (capsicum)
  • 1 apples

  • 1-2 leaves kale (Tuscan cabbage)
  • 1 small handful of sunflower sprouts
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 lime
  • Pinch of oregano and ground chili pepper to top (or use fresh oregano and red chili pepper to the juicer!)

Preparation

Step 1

1.) Remove seeds from red bell peppers.

2.) Peel lemon and lime.

3.) Wash all ingredients well.

4.) Add all ingredients through your juicer and enjoy!

Note: This makes two servings so cut in half if you just want to make one.
