Ingredients
- 1/2 C soy sauce
- 1/2 C rice vinegar
- 2 T lime juice
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 2 t ginger - peeled and grated
- 1-2 # pork steaks
Preparation
Step 1
In med bowl combine soy sauce, vinegar, lime juice, oil, and ginger. add the pork to the marinade and soak for 30 minutes at room temp or refrigerate overnight. Broil 10 minutes while brushing with the marinate sauce and turning frequently.
