Eclair No Bake Dessert

Ingredients
- 2 small pkgs instant vanilla pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tb milk
- 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
- Graham Crackers
- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 3 tb Butter or Margarine
- 2 tb Karo Syrup
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Line 9"x13" pan with whole graham crackers. Mix pudding with 2 cups milk and fold into Cool Whip. Spread 1/2 of mixture over crackers, cover with another layer of graham crackers. Spread with remaining pudding mixture. Cover with crackers.
Melt butter and chocolate in small sauce pan. Add 3 tb milk plus remaining ingredients. Mix to spreading consistancy. Spread over crackers. Refrigerate over night.
