Measure out 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Add the lemon juice to the container with the milk, and stir to mix the two ingredients together.

Allow the milk and lemon juice to stand for approximately five to 10 minutes before using. After standing for the appropriate amount of time, the milk is ready for use in your recipe.

USING CREAM OF TARTER

Pour 1 cup of regular milk into a container.

Measure out 1 ¾ tbsp of cream of tarter and add to the container of milk. Stir to mix the two ingredients together.

Allow the milk and cream of tartar to stand for approximately five to 10 minutes before using. After standing for the appropriate amount of time, the milk is ready for use in your recipe.

USING PLAIN YOGURT:

Pour 1 cup of regular milk into a container.

Measure out 2/3 cups of regular, plain yoghurt. Mix the yoghurt into the container of milk, mixing the two ingredients together.

Allow the milk and yoghurt to stand for approximately five to 10 minutes before using. After standing for the appropriate length of time, use the mixture in your recipe.
