Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream onion dip, chive or ranch
- 2 cans (15 1/4 oz ea) whole kernel fiesta corn, drained
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together dip, flour and sugar. Add corn. Spoon into 1 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle with broken corn chips or cheese flavored crackers, if desired.
Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes at 375 degree.
