Ingredients
- 72 pecan halves (about 4 oz)
- 24 carmel candies
- 1 tsp shortning
- 1 6oz pkg semi sweet choc chips
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 300 degrees. cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil. grease. place 3 pecan halves in a Y shape on foil. place 1 carmel in center of each Y. bake until candy is melted (9-10 mins)
Melt shortning and chips over low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted. spread over candies leaving ends of pecans showing. refridgerate until chocolate is firm.
