- 1 1/2 C GROUND HONEY BAKED HAM
- 1/2 C BACON, COOKED CRISP
- 1 C SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 1 C SHREDDED COJACK CHEESE
- 1 SMALL ONION, CHOPPED
- 1 JAR (2 1/2 OZ) SLICED MUSHROOMS
- 2 C MILK
- 4 EGGS, BEATEN (OR 1 C EGG SUBSTITUTE)
- 1/2 C BISCUIT BAKING MIX
- 1/4 TSP SALT
- 1/4 TSP PEPPER

Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 400.
IN BOTTOM OF GREASED 9" PIE PAN, LAYER HAM BACON, CHEESES, ONION & MUSHROOMS.
IN MEDIUM BOWL, COMBINE MILK, EGGS, BISCUIT MIX, SALT & PEPPER; BEAT WELL. POUR OVER HAM MIXTURE. BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES; REDUCE TEMPERATURE TO 350 AND COOK FOR 40 - 45 MINUTES.
SERVE WITH MARINATED VEGETABLES SALAD & MUFFINS.
