Bleu Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 • 1 cup (about 4 ounces) crumbled blue (bleu) cheese
• 2 • 2 cups mayonnaise
• 1/4 • 1/4 cup vinegar
• 2 • 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 • 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
• 1 • 1 clove garlic, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Beat all ingredients together until fluffy. Chill.
