Ingredients

  • 4 - 19 4 - 19 oz. cans Whole Tomatoes (diced)
  • 2 - 10 3/4 oz. Tomato Puree
  • 2 Large Green Peppers diced
  • 4 White Onions diced
  • 2 Jalapeno Peppers, diced (fresh or canned if using canned drain juice)
  • 2 TBSP Cilantro minced
  • 4 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 C Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Habenero Peppers (Use if you like hot)
  • 2 TBSP Lime Juice

Preparation

Step 1

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes to 1 hour. Carefully ladle into hot jars, leaving 1/2" head space. Put knife in jars to remove air bubbles. Place lid on jar with sealing compound next to glass. Process in hot water bath for 30 minutes.
***IF USING ANY FRESH HOT PEPPERS, WEAR RUBBER GLOVES TO PREVENT HANDS FROM BEING BURNED.
