Cream of Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 Tbsp butter or margerine
- 4 cups broth
- 1-1/2 pound head of cauliflower, cut into flowerets
- 1 carrot, peel & dice
- 1 cup low-fat milk (approximately)
- salt to taste, pepper
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- (add a little curry if you like it)

I don't have directions, just list of ingred. but it seems pretty straightforward.
--saute onion, add broth, veggies and seasoning. Puree and add milk/nutmeg last.
