Ingredients

  • For Marinade
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil (Olive Oil)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. hot paprika (or Reg.)
  • 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped (or 2Tlbs. Dried Flake)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • For Cooking Chicken
  • 4 Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1 Tbs Conola Oil
  • 1 Onion (Sliced)
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (Cut into strips)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a dish, pour over the meat in Zip Lock bag. Add Skinless Chicken Breast, slosh around and Marinate in refrigerator from four to twelve hours. Turn the meat from time to time.

Then grill Chicken about 6 Min. on each side.

Cut chicken into strips. In large fry pan add Conola oil and heat on high until you see smoke, add red bell peppers and onions. Let onions carmelize, then add Chicken strips and cook to desired taste.
