Balsamic Glazed Pork Roast

Ingredients
- 3-4 lb pork loin
- 2 lbs baby red potatoes halved
- 2 Tbs minced garlic
- 2 Tbs chopped rosemary
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1/2 cup Espresso Balsamic Drizzle
- 2 Tbs brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a non-stick sauce pan.
Sauté the garlic and rosemary until fragrant, approx 1 minute.
Add the Espresso Balsamic Drizzle and brown sugar and cook until combined, then remove from heat.
Place pork loin in shallow baking dish and surround with the red potatoes.
Brush pork loin with balsamic mixture.
Bake in 350°F oven until done, approx 60 minutes.
