Banana Nut Bread

Best when served 2-3 days after cooked. Keep in refrigerator or you can freeze it.

Ingredients
- 3 Bananas (Ripe)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 cup Flour
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 3/4 cup Nuts (Optional)

Step 1
Mash Bananas. Add all other ingredients in the order given. Mix gently, but well.
Divide batter into 1 large Loaf Pan or divide batter into (2) 8"x3 3/4x 2 1/2 foil pan.
Bake about 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
