Ingredients
- 4 * 4 c. peach chunks - (abt 6 peaches)
- 1 * 1 c. sugar
- 1 * 1 Tbsp. almond extract
Preparation
Step 1
1. Put all ingredients into a heavy saucepan. Stir continuously while slowly bringing mix to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer till thick, about 10 min.
2. Ladle into jars and seal. Keeps 3 months in the refrigerator.
3. This recipe yields about 3 half-pints.
4. Yield: 3 half-pints
