Grilled Potato Slices

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 pounds russet potatoes, red-skin potatoes, and/or sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Coarse salt
- Cracked black pepper
- 3 tablespoons snipped oil-packed dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons drained capers
- 1/2 cup purchased creme fraiche
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives

Step 1
Scrub potatoes. Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch slices. Brush both sides of each potato slice with oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
For a charcoal or gas grill, place potato slices on ta grill rack directly over medium heat. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender and browned, turning once.
Arrange potato slices on a serving platter. Sprinkle with dried tomatoes and capers. Spoon creme fraiche into a small serving bowl; sprinkle with chives. Serve potato slices warm or at room temperature with creme fraiche.
