Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 c onion, diced
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 3 tbsp dijion mustard
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 1/4 c balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
heat oil over medium heat, add onions and saute until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
stir in remaining ingredients and cook, stirring frequently, for 30 minutes.
the sauce will develop more flavor if you leave it in the fridge for a few days, but it's terrific when freshly made, too.
