Ingredients
- 8 ounces semi-chocolate chips
- 3/4 cups evaporated milk or heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon brandy, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Melt chopped chocolate chips in evaporated milk. Add butter and brandy (if using) and mix until smooth and shiny.
Cool slightly then dip biscotti or pour over cake or tart.
