Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 cups cous cous
- 1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- Optional: orange slices, dried cranberries, parsley to garnish
Preparation
Step 1
1.Bring water, lemon juice, orange juice and peppercorns to a boil.
2.In a baking dish lay out cous cous.
3.Pour boiling liquid over cous cous and cover with plastic wrap.
4.Let stand for 6 minutes, uncover, flake and garnish.
