Cabbage Wedges

  • 1/2 ½ head of cabbage
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cut into 4 even sized wedges. Poke toothpicks though the cabbage layers to hold together. Place wedges in vegetable steamer over boiling water, cover and steam about 9-13 minutes. Serve with salt and pepper.
