Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of white wine
- 1 1/2 cups of breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan
- 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts,pounded to 1/4 inch thickness
- 24 asparagus spears, blanched

Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl, whisk together butter, mustard, garlic and wine. In separate bowl, stir together breadcrumbs, parsley and cheese.Dip each chicken breast into butter mixture to coat;lay flat. Place 3 asparagus spears lengthwise on centre; roll up and secure with toothpick. Roll in bread-crumb mixture and place on foil-lined
baking sheet.
Bake in 350F oven for about 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
