Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 200 grams lean up top round steak
- 1 tsp powdered ginger
- 1 large radish, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup all natural, low sodium beef broth
- 2 Tbs cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- Sea salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut the steak across the grain into thin slices and mix the green onions in a medium bowl. Sprinkle with the ginger and mix.
2. In a large saute pan over high heat, saute the beef mixture and radishes in two batches until beef reaches desired doneness and radishes are crisp-tender
3. Whisk together beef broth, vinegar and red pepper flakes. Add to beef mixture in skillet and bring to a boil. Cook for two minutes, serve. Add salt and pepper to taste.
