Ingredients
- 3/4 lb cleaned shell fish
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 can (28 oz) whole tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
- 1 1/2 cup minute rice
Preparation
Step 1
Saute shell fish lightly with onion and garlic in oil in skillet. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, seasonings and green pepper. Bring to full boil. Stir in rice. Cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
