Ingredients
- 6 ozs dried cherries
- 2 tbs brandy
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 loaf challah bread, cubed and toasted
Preparation
Step 1
1) in large bowl, soak the cherries in brandy for 5 min
2) add remaining ingredients to the bowl; mix well
3) apply non-stick spray to the pressure cooker
4) transfer the bowl contents to pressure cooker; secure lid
5) set pressure cooker to rice and timer to 15 minutes
6) when cooking is complete, serve hot or cold
