Mayonnaise Baked Chicken

A moist chicken dish with a corn flake coating. One of my son's favorites.

Ingredients

• 4 lb boneless chicken breasts
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 1/2 tsp water
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• pepper to taste
• 3/4 cup corn flake crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Wash, dry and flatten chicken to 1/2 inch thickness.

Thoroughly combine mayonnaise, water, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Dip chicken in mayonnaise mixture, coating each piece well; then coat with corn flake crumbs.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until tender.
