Pepper Steak Casserole

This is a very easy way to make pepper steak. It is as good as stir fry pepper steak.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb round steak
- 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
- 1 can Hunts tomato sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 green pepper, sliced thin
- 1 teas soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Slice steak into thin strips. Put tomato sauce in casserole first, then sliced steak. Sprinkle onion soup over, then peppers on top of all. Finally top with mushroom soup and soy sauce.
Cover tightly and bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours. Take lid off stir well. Cover again and bake another 30-45 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles
