Ingredients
- 1 pkg Stouffer's Spinach Souffle - thawed
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese (grated or chopped)
- 1 can (6.5 oz) mushrooms - stems & pieces
- 1/2 - 3/4 lb Jimmy Dean Original sausage (browned & crumbled)
- 1 9" deep-dish unbaked frozen pie shell
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients.
Lightly saute in pan and pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.
